How do I book a facility?

1. Browse facilities by sport category
2. Click "View & Book" on your chosen facility
3. Select date and time slot
4. Add optional equipment
5. Confirm and proceed to payment

How do I cancel a booking?

Contact Customer Support for further process on the cancellation.

How do I rent equipment?

When booking a facility, scroll down to "Rent Equipment (Optional)". Select quantity and click "Rent" to add to your booking.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept FPX Online Banking and DuitNow QR payments. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

How do I leave a review?

After completing a booking, go to "Booking History" and click "Rate & Review" next to your completed booking.
